You can view action logs for your entire instance by going to Reporting > Action Log (This may be called something slightly different or be located in a different place depending on your instance's customization)(Of course, this page only displays to users what information they have permissions to view):

You can sort the Action Log Reporting page by using the Search Tools at the top of your page, highlighted below in yellow:
