From the 'Sales' or 'Customers' tab (As a main sale's rep), when you want to  add a note ': 


1. Login to FastGem & click on 'Customers' (Sales) tab. 

2. Scroll to the customer name in which you need to send information on. 

3. Click in the white 'Notes' field & type the information you need to send to the processing team. 

4. Click 'Save'. Once the message is sent, you will see the word 'Success' in the white notes field, indicating that the message was successful in being delivered to Processors.
