YOU MUST BE AN INTERNAL USER WITH ADMIN PERMISSION ENABLED TO ACCESS THIS FEATURE!
- Login to Back End (ADMIN) FastGem.
- Click on 'Config.'
- Click on 'Content Types.'
- Scroll to and click on the 'Click Here to Edit' icon by ''Appointment Status'
- Scroll to the status you'd like for the rep/technician to receive a text notification for. Click into the 'Auto Text Rep'/'Auto Text Tech' field. Type in the exact text you would like the rep/tech to receive when this status is set in 'Appointments.'
- Click 'Done'.
- Click 'Save.'
