If an hourly employee's clock in/out actions are not registering correctly in FastGem, so that their timecard admin cannot see when they clock in/out, it could be a Chrome caching issue. 

All your hourly employee will need to do is clear cache in Chrome Browser. 

In Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

 

 

Once you've completed these steps, both users can then refresh their pages, and the timecard admin should be able to see the correct clock in/out times.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING OPTIONS:

 

1. Make sure your hourly employee's browser is not in 'private' mode.  

2. Make sure your hourly employee has not added any new plugins to their browser that may be interfering with FastGem.
