***For Techs adding notes, the view will be very similar to below. However, instead of going to your 'Sales' tab, you will go to your 'Installations' tab (name may differ for your instance).
1. Login to FastGem & click on your 'Customers' (AKA 'Sales') tab.
2. Scroll to find the customer you need to send information on.
3. Click in the white 'Notes' field & type the information you need to send to the processing team.
4. Click 'Save'. Once the message is sent, you will see the word 'Success' in the white notes field, indicating that the message was successful in being delivered to your company's Processors.
